Frederick is the mothership that bore my existence. Without it, I could not say I am the person I am today. 26, and 194 - shaped me. The rivalry between Walkersville and Middletown still boils in my blood anytime I see a combination of orange and black (which is an inconvenience for me because A. Halloween is a lifestlye, and B. black, the color of all of my clothes/soul.) Whenever I re-watch the entirety of Degrassi I am sad because I did not get to wear a photo ID tag around me neck like they did, as well as our peers over at Governor Thomas Johnson. I always felt like more of a city kid, but those vast empty fields bring me home every time. I remember when the Wal Mart off 85 was not super. I know how to avoid Oppsumtown Pike so I can get to class on time at FCC. I remember Frederick before Wegmans.
I am Frederick, twerkintheshawdows. Who are you?
